This exciting program gives new campers a chance to try out Camp Ramapo for one week. It’s a great opportunity for campers who haven’t been to sleep-away camp before.
The activities of the summer will be available to this group along with a wide range of special events.
Campers will experience daily swims, boating, crafts, sports, science activities, hikes, cookouts and more. There will be evening star gazes, campfires and sing-alongs. The staff for this program is handpicked from among our summer staff. Caring, enthusiasm and outstanding supervision are hallmarks of the Ramapo experience.
The session of approximately forty campers ends with a Special Visiting Day for parents at the end of the week.
